If you have found a prop you wish to hire in the catalog,
please either email or call me. There is a list of what props
are not available due to being hired out or reserved for a period.
on the Availability page.
Props can be reserved for a specific period, but this requires
payment of the negotiated price. Effectively you have hired
it, but it is in storage until you want it delivered. No other
group will be able to hire the prop for the period of the
reservation, but It may be hired to a 3rd party in the storage
period, but the prop will be will be delivered on time.
The rates are negotiable for community theatres and are for the
duration of the rehearsal's and performances.

For theatres in Perth, between Wanneroo, Rockingham, Armadale and
Darlington, the price negotiated will include delivery to rehearsal
space or theatre and picked up during bump out.
For some of the more technically challenging props a briefing or
instruction sheet on use will be provided.
And for some of the more expensive or hard to replace props a fully
refundable bond may be needed.
Micro smoke machine hire will include AYUP staff presence to advise,
set up and operate.
Below is the agreement that will be used for the hire, formal
completion and signing will be done when delivered or reserved.
If needed, on site repair due to normal wear and tear, and onsite
maintenance is included in the hire fee.
